Disclosures

Everything on the record.

Who we are registered with, how we earn, what we will never do with your money, and where to go if something isn't right. In plain language, because disclosure only works if it's read.

What we are — and what we are not

Sanriya Finvest Pvt. Ltd. is a distributor of financial products and is not registered with SEBI to provide investment advice. Services are provided on a goal-based basis, with guidance incidental to our mutual fund distribution services. We do not manage investor portfolios or exercise discretion over investor funds, and we do not charge investors any separate fee.

How we earn

We distribute Regular Plans of Mutual Fund schemes and receive trail commission from the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs), paid out of the scheme's Base Expense Ratio. The commission does not increase the cost of your investment and is disclosed to investors. Direct Plans are available directly from the respective AMC or Registrar; we do not distribute Direct Plans or receive commission on them.

Payment safety

All payments for Mutual Fund investments must be made in favour of the concerned AMC. Sanriya Finvest does not accept cash, or payments in its own name or in the name of any employee.

Risk disclaimers

  • Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully.
  • Portfolio Management Services do not offer any assured or guaranteed returns, and past performance does not indicate future results.
  • There is no guarantee that the investment objective of any scheme will be achieved.
  • Alternative Investment Funds and Specialized Investment Funds are market-linked, may use derivatives or illiquid assets, and are suitable only for investors meeting regulatory minimums.
  • Fixed-income instruments carry issuer, interest-rate and liquidity risk. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and prevailing law.

Grievance redressal

For grievances, contact our Grievance Redressal Officer, the concerned AMC or Registrar, SEBI SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in) and, where applicable, the SEBI SMART ODR portal (smartodr.in).
