These terms govern access to www.sanriya.in, the mobile application, and their content, tools, features and services, alongside the terms of Asset Management Companies, Registrars and transaction platforms. By accessing the website you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Sanriya Finvest is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-193359), registered for Specialised Investment Fund distribution, and registered with the Association of Portfolio Managers in India (APRN-01056). We provide goal-based investment services, with guidance incidental to our mutual fund distribution services, and exercise no discretion over your portfolio without your explicit instruction.

You must be competent to contract under Indian law and permitted to invest. Before your first transaction you must complete Know Your Customer formalities and provide PAN, tax residency declarations and nomination details. Transactions for minors require parental or guardian participation as per law.

• Provide accurate, current information and notify us of changes promptly.
• Review scheme documents before investing.
• Never share passwords, OTPs or credentials.
• Make payments to Asset Management Companies only — we do not accept cash, and we do not accept payment in our own name.

We charge you no fee for distribution services. We are compensated by trail commission paid by Asset Management Companies out of the scheme's Base Expense Ratio, which does not increase the cost of your investment.

We do not offer or guarantee any assured, indicative or guaranteed return. Investments carry market risks and past performance does not indicate future results. Every investment decision remains your responsibility.

Content is published for general information and education. Tools and calculators are provided for illustrative and educational purposes only; their results depend on assumptions and are not forecasts or assurances of returns.

Website materials are owned by or licensed to Sanriya and protected by law; personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Links to external websites are provided for convenience — we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or security.

Complaints follow our grievance redressal process, with escalation to SEBI SCORES and SMART ODR. Terms may be amended for regulatory or business reasons; continued use constitutes acceptance.
