Fund Selection & Portfolio Review Policy

How schemes are evaluated, presented and reviewed — investor-first, consistent, auditable.

Objective

To ensure investor-first, consistent and auditable scheme selection aligned with SEBI and AMFI guidelines, with transparent risk disclosure and documented evidence for every scheme presented.

Philosophy

  • Evidence-based decisions over emotion-driven choices.
  • Markets cycle; portfolios need adjustment, not abandonment.
  • Risk sits at the centre of portfolio construction, not the periphery.

What we evaluate

  • Alignment with your documented risk profile.
  • Performance across market cycles versus the scheme's benchmark.
  • Risk-adjusted returns and volatility measures.
  • Portfolio quality, scheme size and liquidity.
  • Fund manager experience and AMC track record.
  • Riskometer, expense ratio, exit loads and lock-in periods.

What we distribute — and don't

We distribute SEBI-registered mutual funds and Specialised Investment Funds across equity, debt, hybrid and liquid categories, and authorised AIF and PMS products through partners. We do not distribute direct equity, derivatives, or unregulated or illiquid products.

Reviews and your control

You receive monthly valuation statements, and portfolio reviews take place at least annually through in-person or recorded video meetings. Any change to a holding is made only on your instruction.

Conflicts

Sanriya holds no ownership in any AMC. Scheme selection follows the defined parameters independent of commissions, which are disclosed separately in our Commission Disclosure.
